Open Practice

SUMMER PASS

Back by popular demand is the summer pass. Valid 1st May - 30th September. 5 x 1 1/2 hour open practice session.

 

£35 Adults

£25 Juniors (8 - 15)

 

Please note that the main slope is currently 70% open some areas are closed to replace mats. The Intermediate slope is open as usual. We hope to have the main slope fully open as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience

Open Practice is recreational use of the slopes, without tuition, available only to experienced skiers and boarders.

By experienced, we mean:

• Skiers level 4 or higher - must be able to complete linked snowplough turns and use the lift competently

• Boarders level C or higher - must be able to perform Falling Leaf and Garlands and use the lift competently

•  

Our sessions are based on 1.5 hours, in which time you can brush up on techniques, get ready for your next level, get ready for your holiday or simply maintain your skills and fitness all year round.

Open Practice available 7 days a week 10am - 10pm please see check before you travel pages for any slope closures.

No booking is required, though if travelling from a distance please check the opening times and the possibility of annual events and slope closure.

Long sleeves, long trousers, gloves and are required for this activity.
