Ski Instructor Courses


Ski instructor courses will take place on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 10pm over 10 consecutive weeks. You will be required to attend each evening and take your technical assesment on the last Wednesday.

 

You must be Ski Level 6 or above to be eligible for the course.

 

Pre-assessment

In order to participate in our course you will be required to attend a Pre-assesment evening. To apply to become an instructor you must be at least Level 6 or above (able to ski basic parallel turns).

 

Dates

The pre-assessment date is Wednesday 21st April 2010

 

The course will start on Wednesday 28th April 2010 and will run for 10 weeks.

 

The final date is Wednesday 30th June 2010.

 

Cost

The Pre-course Assessment is Free. If you pass the test, you are then eligible to attend the 10 week course. The course costs £160 including teaching and technical assesment and insurance.

 

This must be paid before the first night of the course.

 

After passing the course, you have to complete a minimum off 20 hours shadowing before you are allowed take your teaching assessment.
