Instructor training

Interested in being paid to teach something you love? Why not become a Bracknell Ski and Snowboard Centre qualified instructor?

The courses are based around an intensive training schedule carried out over 4 evenings for snowboard and 6 evenings for ski followed by a technical assessment of your new skills. After successfully passing the technical assessment you will then spend a minimum of 20 hrs shadowing existing grade A instructors on lessons before finally being recommended for your teaching assessment. For specific information on Ski or Snowboard courses including dates please see menu on the left.

Our Instructors

All our instructors work with you to develop your skills and fitness. They will help you progress with the level card system. The Bracknell centre provides the highest standard of teaching. Our instructors are friendly, professional and knowledgeable

All our ski and snowboard instructors are accredited within our in house system. Trainees are assessed both for technical and teaching abilities. Once these have been passed, the instructors will be able to teach for us.

All instructors will shadow existing experienced instructors for twenty hours before taking their teaching assessment. Instructors can progress through three grades as their experience increases
