Gym Inductions

For your safety, and to ensure that you get the best possible benefits from your gym membership, we will give you an induction before you begin using the gym. We will use this session to find out about you and what you hope to achieve, to teach you how to use the machines and to devise a program for you.

Membership Types

Gold

Full use of all facilities at any time, available to over 16's only.

Gold Joint

Same as Gold but this is a joint membership, available to persons residing at the same address.

Gold Corporate

Full use of all facilities at any time, available to over 16's only, and only available as part of a corporate membership with a minimum of 6 people.

Silver

Full use of all facilities, restricted to off peak times only, available to over 16's only.

Silver Joint

Same as silver but this is a joint membership, available to persons residing at the same address.

Silver Corporate

Full use of all facilities, restricted to off peak times only, available to over 16's only and only available as part of a corporate Membership with a minimum of 6 people.

Platinum

Full use of all facilities, only available to persons over 60 years old, restricted to off peak times only.

Student

Full use of all facilities, only available to persons in full time education, restricted to off peak times only. Valid NUS card must be shown.

Pay As You Go User

Full use of all facilities at any time, available to over 16's only after paying the Annual Subscription and the daily rate.
