| Ski-ing and snowboarding are great corporate activities and a great way to round off an annual review or company conference. Through experiencing a different environment to the office and a challenge outside their usual work roles, companies find that their staff morale and working relationships are boosted. We are experienced in integrating team building elements in to corporate days and often build bespoke events for companies and organisations of all sizes, incorporating both slope and ice rink activities. Mattel UK held their company conference activity at our complex. We arranged a packed activity agenda for 120 employees with plenty of varied activities to choose from. We worked closely with Taisha Betz, Sales Development Manager, who was organising the day to get a full understanding of what Mattel wanted from their day. The employees then embarked on their Ice Olympics, with different teams rotating around the ice rink to complete a variety of teambuilding tasks and games. After a coffee break, Mattel rounded off their day participating in a variety of activities including ice karting, sno-tubing, ski-ing or snowboarding. Company socialsFor smaller companies or department social gatherings, combing an hours evening ski-ing, boarding or sno-tubing with a delicious Alpine fondue is ideal. As our company conference for Mattel UK was all about fun and teamwork this year, the John Nike Leisuresport Complex fitted our needs perfectly. The Ice Olympics challenged their team work abilities, and the ice karting, skiing and sno-tubing was great fun afterwards. Thanks again!
